Dear Patients and Referring Doctors,
We have been closely following the COVID-19 crisis and want to keep you updated with the latest information. We here at AMOS are strictly following all CDC guidelines to keep you safe and healthy by wearing personal protective equipment, including gowns, gloves, masks, and face shields, during your time with us. You can rest assured we carefully clean rooms with hospital-grade disinfectant and sterilize equipment between every patient. AMOS staff is encouraging social distancing by utilizing a mobile check-in process that allows you to check in via phone and wait in the privacy of your car, and we are pre-screening all patients and employees to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
We, along with our communities, are hoping this public health crisis will end quickly. If you do need or want to cancel your appointment with us, we do want to continue our care for you and will happily reschedule or postpone your appointment to a later date. As more information and changes occur with this situation, we will continue to update you.
